US DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION
We offer complimentary shipping and returns on all orders in the continental U.S.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. Please allow 2-6 business days for shipping.
Petite Vigogne uses UPS and USPS for most ground shipping within the United States (please allow 1-5 business days for processing) and UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 Business Days). UPS 2nd Day Air orders are not eligible for free shipping.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders below $250 have a flat rate of $50.
Orders above $250 are eligible for free shipping.
Orders below $250 have a flat rate of $25 and are shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground. Orders above $250 are eligible for free ground shipping.
We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase. Returns are refunded in the original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed. Merchandise must be returned unwashed in original packaging. Petite Vigogne has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. All sale items are final.
*Bumpers & comforters do not qualify for a free return.
How to place a return:
You must notify Petite Vigogne before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
We will reply within 48 hours and once your return is approved we will email you a Fedex return label to send your package back.
All international orders except Canada have a flat rate of $50.
However, if shipping & handling costs are below $50, we will credit the difference back to you.
Orders above $500 are eligible for free shipping.
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes, and / or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure that your shipment arrives safely, a signature will be required for delivery. International shipping charges will be applied to orders before orders are processed.
Petite Vigogne is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. All lost or undelivered package inquiries must be submitted to UPS for resolution.
All international sales are final sale. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not available.
